Scale sessions are 30 minutes, short enough to fit into a workday, which is a large part of why employees keep using them. Grow sessions are 45 minutes and Exec sessions are 60 minutes. Together runs 90-minute sessions in a monthly series, or longer formats for offsites.
No. HR sees aggregate themes, never individual session content.
Most organizations launch their first cohort in 2 to 3 weeks. We provide the enrollment templates and launch communications.
