Boon Coaching for Microsoft Teams

What the app does

The Boon Coaching Teams app keeps your coaching journey front and center, right where you already work. It delivers timely nudges, reminders, and goal check-ins so nothing falls through the cracks between sessions.

How to install

Open the Apps sidebar in Microsoft Teams, search for Boon Coaching, and click Add. The app will appear in your left rail and start delivering messages once your coaching program is active.

If you don't see the app in search results, your IT administrator may need to approve it first. Ask your admin to enable Boon Coaching in the Teams Admin Center, or reach out to us at hello@boon-health.com and we'll help coordinate.

Connecting your account

Your Boon account is automatically linked when you install the app using the same email address associated with your coaching program. No manual linking or sign-in is required.

You can access your full coaching portal anytime at portal.boon-health.com.

Notification preferences

Boon sends messages at thoughtful intervals designed to support your development without overwhelming your workday. Notification frequency is managed by your program administrator.

Privacy

Your coaching conversations are confidential. The Teams app does not read your chats, access your calendar, or collect any data beyond what is needed to deliver coaching nudges.
